What to Expect?
Each class is 45 minutes long and will be taught by one of our three instructors, Doctor Alicia, Autumn, or Shannon (meet them below).
Strength Training
Get ready to elevate your fitness and strength with our small group training class! Whether you're a beginner eager to learn your way around weights or an advanced athlete aiming to stay on top of your game, this class is perfect for you!
Join Doctor Alicia, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as she brings her expertise to create fun and dynamic workouts to not only build strong bones but also increase muscle mass and speed.
Pilates
Meet with Autumn or Shannon on the mat once or twice per week to move through traditional Pilates exercises, with some added spice and flare for fun. This class is energetic, yet the movements are low impact, precise, designed to tone the core, glutes, thighs, and improve overall strength and fitness.
Slow Flow Yoga
Experience tranquility and in our Slow Flow Yoga class. This gentle session focuses fluid movements, allowing you to connect breath with each pose. Ideal all levels, you'll find a calming rhythm as you stretch and strengthen your body at a relaxed pace. Join us to enhance your mindfulness and embrace a deeper sense of relaxation.
Sculpt Pilates
Join our Sculpt Pilates class for a dynamic workout that focuses on isolating movements in higher repetitions. This method enhances control, stability, and muscle strength, allowing you to achieve a toned physique. Suitable for all fitness levels, you'll engage your core and improve overall body awareness. Experience a refreshing approach to fitness that leaves you feeling strong and centered!
Recovery & Mobility
Take a moment to breathe and stretch with Coach Alicia. This class is designed for all levels focusing on a full body stretch to improve joint mobility and muscle flexibility. A great add on for those looking to relax and treat their sore muscles.
