Pain eating or opening your mouth? We can help! Physical therapy services can play a crucial role in helping individuals with TMJ disorders. We also provide education on posture and jaw alignment, helping to prevent further issues.
Dry Needling & Cupping
Dry needling and cupping are effective pain relief techniques. Dry needling targets trigger points with thin needles to release tension, while cupping uses suction to enhance circulation and reduce tightness. Together, they significantly alleviate chronic pain and promote healing.
Wellness/Training Services
At discharge, many ask how to continue working with me. I've developed a wellness and training service to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss, general strengthening, or sports-specific fitness. These sessions aim to enhance your health and performance using evidence-based exercises for safety. If you're injured or in pain, a physical therapy evaluation is recommended before transitioning to wellness sessions.
